Acapulco Resort Hotel - Agios Epiktitos

Liked our reasonably sized rooms in this hotel.

The staff was very amiable and catered to our every need. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with good sized bathroom, see view and the internet as expected;)))

Fairly clean, fantastic value hotel, the location was stunning and marvellous close to the restaurants, the on-site shop and a very sreep hill and opersite side of the complex. Thoroughly enjoyed the location to what you would get in the other resturants.

The kids loved the water park, but the room needed modernization.

I've had a fantastic stay with various activities. The hotel was nice size, and the meals were reasonably priced, I appreciated the stunning and magnificent location near water slides and a lovely hamam/spa.

Amazing culinary options

Between enjoying the indoor pool and the kids' club, there was always something to do. We also visited the nearby beach for relaxation and played some table tennis on-site. Lots of options for fun without feeling crammed, awesome.

I did find the service at the reception to be a bit disorganized during check-in, which took longer than expected.

Wonderful family-friendly resort with engaging activities

The aqua park was fantastic and kept them entertained all day. The infinity pool offered amazing views. Esra from guest relations were really nice, helping arrange a special birthday celebration for my daughter. The only downside was the limited seating areas for relaxation near the pools.

The family-oriented atmosphere. The beach access is great, providing relaxing moments by the sea.

We had a great time enjoying the fabulous pool with awesome waterslides. The new shuttle service to the city was super convenient! The spa sessions were so relaxing, and we really loved the infinity pool for some quality downtime. Just a heads up, the kids' play area could use some updates, but it didn’t take away from our overall fun! 😊

The food selection was very good with perfectly cooked dishes, especially the fresh seasonal fruits. Kids loved the aquapark and mini disco each evening. The AC issue in our room was a drawback, though staff promptly resolved it, our stay continued smoothly. The beach area, while fine, can get crowded during peak times was great.

The infinity pool view was amazing, the kids loved the water park, and the cozy night walks under the stars added a nice touch. I had an really good stay thanks to Mrs Esra.

The stay was primarily for family relaxation and fun. The pools were like glistening gems, and the kids loved the water park. We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful sunset views in the evenings, which added a magical touch to our stay. The buffet dining was quite chaotic, making meal times a bit stressful at times.

The beach access and infinity pool offered fine views. The staff could improve their English was good. A great spot for a getaway!
